ABOUT MICAELA
Micaela is a Sydney based designer with over 7 years experience. She’s worked on a variety in-house brands ranging from small family business to large industry companies with ambitious goals. She has a unique talent at seeing the brand potential to explode its maximum creativity.
Each company Micaela has worked for has made her get involved completely inside the project. She tries to keep the same passion for doing things good in her personal life. She strongly beleives that design is a powerful tool to make the world a better place.
Micaela is comfortable working on a range of projects from industrial design to architectural and mechanical drafting collaborating with a production chain crew. Whether she’s drawing with her iPad, illustrating on paper, designing on AutoCad or crafting prototypes, Micaela always brings a quality of work and creativity that is hard to match.
Outside of work Micaela finds inspiration through sketching with watercolors, walking in the bushes, and traveling. Her curiosity for life drives her to experience everything and imagine how objects and places are made and how they could be made in a more efficient way. This curiosity is reflected in her work, where she finds a strong line between creativity, work and play.

ATACAMA - CHILE
BORN AND RAISED ON MARS
My home town Atacama is the driest desert in the world. The NASA studies their robots here before sending them to Mars because of its landscape similarities.
Most of my inspiration comes from this magic and extraordinary lands.

SANTIAGO DE CHILE
A BIG CITY IN IN FRONT OF THE ANDES MOUNTAINS
I moved to Santiago to study Design at Universidad de Chile.
It's an amazing mix between 500yo architecture and the highest buildings of South America.
